Default Head Rest

I bought a 2011 Accord EXL a few months ago. Both my wife and I love the car except for the front seat head rests. They are tilted too far forward. I like to sit upright when I drive and on a long trip they are, pardon the pun, a real pain in the neck. I tried raising and lowing them, but that does not help. Does anyone else feel they are uncomfortable? Does anyone have an easy solution; or any solution for that matter?

Many new cars have the headrests tilted forward to get better ratings for neck injurys in the government crash testing.

Kinda sucks as having our heads pushed forward while driving feels like crap.

On the last new car I bought (Ford Edge) I found that the headrests could be swapped from seat to seat. If you put the passenger one on the drivers seat and visa versa they will be angled to the rear and may be more comfortable.
