Default Honda with no power brakes and no power steering?

Hey what's going on. Anyone know of any honda, preferrable one that doesn't cost a whole lot, that has no power steering and no power brakes? I want to convert a vehicle to electric, and I want to use a honda. I am not picky as long as it is a honda.

My dad used to have a 1977 Civic like that...

I think some versions of the current Civic have electrically driven power steering. You could use a motor-driven vacuum pump for the brakes.

couldnt you just convert the car to no power steering and no power brakes?
I think you can just diconnect the brake vacuum line to have no power brakes, and I read a tut on how to do a power to non-power steering conversion, though im not sure where I read it....
