yoyoyoyo lol. these silly lyrical songs by lil wayne, 50 cent, chingy etc are only popular cuz they sound good in the club. ppl dont listen to the words in the club, they just dance to the beat. most of my friends could care less bout what these rappers have to say.

I give Lil Wayne no props whatsoever, but his stuff is good for club music/listening to for sh*ts and giggles. Heck, I still bump "Let The Beat Build" in the car because it's so hilarious!, but as far as his lyricist capabilities go, he's not very good, but very catchy.

I'm from the Twin Cities and we have a very strong underground hip hop culture here and I try to go to as many shows as I can...
