Ignition Coil: Copper vs. Aluminum
So I'm looking at a replacement ignition coil for my Honda. I'd like to buy something that lasts a long time. Does copper has any advantages over life of the product verse aluminum? Will copper provide any better performance?
I'm looking at Rich Porter but it appears they don't make a copper ignition coil one for my model.

Ok, I haven't gone off the deep end in at least a day or so. Copper is nice for a few things but it also has bad things as well......ever see that green stuff (I know, real tech stuff there) that grows on it over time.
And then, as I said I haven't gone off the deep end recently. Yes I work in the automotive aftermarket but a walk thru a local "bone yard" and see if you can find a "nice used one".
Again, just my two cents

Green stuff is pretty close and that's a good point. I took a few chemistry classes in college and the technical name is verdigris or green patina.
I'm definitely over thinking this
Copper is prettier.
