when you say tool, what tool you talking about dude? I only buy tools when I need them, (and if my friends don't have them) eg. I needed a spanner size 24mm a few months ago, none of my mates had it, so off I went and bought one.

As per buying online, just check that you have a pad lock (usually gold/yellow) on your screen (usually in the corner). and do pay by Credit Card, if things don't go to plan, here in the UK you get your money back!
