If any of you guys are interested, I have a blog detailing my thoughts on the restaurant industry. I've been working in a restaurant for 6 years or so, and I've compiled a good bit of thoughts on the subject. The topics on the blog range from the games that restuarant workers play to the Do's and Dont's of dining out. It's pretty well-written, but can sometimes be an angry rant. I hope you enjoy it.

I read most of it, i enjoyed your games, I have worked in the business for over a year now, and let me tell you the games we play in the kitchen are twice as fun.
