Seems that program will allow you to add a single song to the ipod. So even if it's a trial version it will do what you need it to do.

 

there's also plenty of conversion tools to go from whatever format to mp3

so if you sign up for a site that has mp4 or wma you can convert, unless there's DRM... which just slows you down for a minute then you find out how

 

I'm all set with this program. Its pretty much itunes but better.

Firstly if you were scared of that, nothing a proxy can't fix. Second now if your using P2P they will throttle all your traffic down until you stop. Thank god for proxies though if it really get's bad.

EDIT: Oh and why would you even use limewire? If you want to use P2P use frostwire.
