We are staying in Poipu on the island of Kauai, one of the northern islands of Hawaii.

You can go from the beach to the mountains in short drive.

absolutely beautiful, I tried to reply a few days ago, but couldn't figure out how to on the new version of the mobile site(not sure if its cause i'm getting older or things are getting more complicated). Hope you are having a great time.

We did find a nice spot for our oldest son. Some cliffs a short hike down one of many hiking trails.

Not sure how many pic's the wife has posted on FB and that. She got some from the helicopter ride we took - She had a better seat for pic's than I did.
