Default 2001 Honda Accord EX 2.3L 4 door sedan

My Honda has 228,453 as of today. I had a rebuilt automatic transmission replace the original one at 112,600 in the summer of 2006.

I plan on driving the Accord until it at least reaches 250,000 miles. Isn't there an official Honda club for owners that reach that milestone?

I've been the only owner of the car. I keep putting off my Lexus RX400h purchase because I feel that a paid for car drives, how should I say it, "Nicer and more stress free...."

^That's the way I look at it. Not only the cost of buying a new car, but all of the other expenses, sales tax, property tax (in my state), higher registration cost and of course insurance premiums. When you just add on the sales tax on a $40K car, it's $2,4K by itself. You can get alot done to keep your car on the road for that.

98 LX closing in on 237,000 miles on original engine & transmission. I believe it can go easilly to 250,000, maybe even 300,000. Kept a 3000 mile oil change interval.
