Default Snake in the grass political games

Hey I'm all for stopping gun runners on the southern border, I'm sure everyone else would jump on that band wagon as well.
And jumping on the band wagon is exactly why the Government is able to sneak in regulations that take away your rights.
I've been reloading and long range target shooting for over 35 years;
Now I find out I'm a criminal when this "treaty" is signed by the President.

If the kind of 'change' that Obama wants is for the United States to take its marching orders from third world countries regarding our gun rights, we're in big trouble!

Read all about it;
http://www.oas.org/juridico/English/treaties/a-63.html

Then notice in DEFINITIONS;
Section 1 line B "b. without a license from a competent governmental authority of the State Party where the manufacture or assembly takes place; "

There is no such governmental authority to license people !!
sort of like the marijuana tax stamp law?? Catch 22.

Skip down to defintion 4;
"Ammunition": the complete round or its components, including cartridge cases, primers, propellant powder, bullets, or projectiles that are used in any firearm.

Isn't this like the PACT act? Scare tactic about 7 year olds ordering tobacco across state lines with their Credit Cards?
And now a 775% increase on pipe tobacco tax. "To pay for Childrens Health Care"
Jump on the band wagon folks ; the truth is that tobacco illnesses have been a declining cost in the medicaid system over the past 5 years, however the cost to the medicaid system for OBESITY has quadrupled in the past 5 years.
I'm starting up the band wagon for a 982% Tax Increase on FRENCH FRIES

Because I smoke 3-4 cigs a day & I'm sick and tired of supporting health care for the BIG FAT FATTIES

When I got my Census form and it asked how many firearms were in my household;
I wrote in "NOT ENOUGH"

I see that political threads are once again allowed in the "off topic" forum. Good!

The political and economic problems in the US run far deeper than the virtually identical Republican and Democratic actors that occupy the white house on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Watch what Noam Chomsky has to say about what happens "When Elites Fail":

(Just copy the above and paste it in the appropriate portion of the youtube address line.)

"Over political" in a thread about US finances and wildly-escalating national debt?

I'm sure that when I get "over political" again, my posts will simply disappear again.

Thanks for keeping me in (your) line.

And now;

Obama's new Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2nd Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms.

So you can have your chance to vote at this link;

http://www.usatoday.com/news/quickqu.../popup5895.htm

The way the poll is going now I doubt it will ever be made public

What's there to not understand? Every American has the right to hang a pair of bear arms on their wall.
