When you are in reverse, does the turbo get super cold since it gets super hot when going forward?

So I started the car up and went in reverse about 10 feet then turned the car off. I went and checked the tail pipe and sure enough there was no balloon, it got sucked inside the tail pipe. So I got back in the car, started it up and drove forward about 5 feet. I got out and looked on the ground and the balloon was right behind the tip. So when I pulled forward it shot the balloon that was in the exhaust back out and thats why it was on the ground.
So yea, engine runs in reverse in reverse, now I just need to do it again and see if I get full boost.
