I'd venture to guess that I drink at least a dozen cups a day.

When I was in college and would have all night study sessions on Aderall(not good) I would drink probably 20 or so cups of coffee and smoke about 2 packs of cigarettes.
Of course, since Aderall makes you not hungry at all, there wasn't anything to crap out. So I didn't have to sit on the toilet the whole time. I am surprised I don't have any heart problems nowthough.

I think Aderall is worse than ephedrine. I used to take ephedrine all the time in high scool as a supplement. it never made me as jittery and crazy as Aderall. Aderall is prescription amphetamines. if you look at a generic bottle of aderall, the name is "amphetamine"

You can still get ephedra. It can be sold as an asthma medicine. Over the counter. They are just no longer allowed to advertise it as a workout supplement. Ephedra just caught crap because stupid people would take way more than the recommended doseage thinking it would make them lose weight faster. Then they would work out so hard they had heart attacks. I mean, the recommended doseage is there for a reason. What happens if youOD on Tylenol?....you die. Same thing with ephedra.
If it is taken according to the recommended doseage, and you are "healthy" - i.e. no heart problems. Ephedra is perfectly fine.
Aderall is prescription only. that is why you don't hear about it as much. You can't get it unless a doctor prescribes it.
