Default Took the Accord to its Final Autocross

I'm probably going to be selling the Accord soon, so I decided to take it to its last autocross before I do. It didn't do too bad, shocked a lot of people to be honest, especially considering I was running 8 year old tires, and the cars original suspension. I found a trick to getting it to rotate: I kept the rear tires at about 1 psi higher than the fronts, which I was running at about 39-40 psi, but they got closer to 44 towards the end of my runs (I didn't bother adjusting the air pressure), and ran my best time when they were the hottest. So trail braking, highly inflated tires, and the rear end was coming loose! Lots of fun. I was running Michelin MXV4's from a 2004 Accord.

Yeah, good time, but the car is not designed for autocross...at the same time, everyone remembers me at the guy that keeps bringing his Accord to autocross.

That's interesting. Auto X is a lot of fun and the cheapest event you could do. It can get frustrating at times, but if you go out and have fun, that's when it's the best.
