If you want to rust your 95 Volkswagen golf then I don't really care because its a pile anyways. But rusting a rare, collector, valuable, all around good car like an FD RX7? Really? I would like to have a few choice words with whoever did this.

What is next? A rusted R34 skyline? How about a rusted NSX? Or maybe even a rusted Ferrari 458 Italia.

I just don't get it, the whole "i'm going to make my car look as horrible as possible so it looks as good as possible" trend. Rust, stickers, mismatched wheels, I've even see cars with vice grips hanging off them to look "cool".

Is anyone with me.

I had vise grips on my truck but they were to turn my lights on and off.

I've never seen this trend and damn that looks like what I see in the toilet every morning. literally.. why would one do that to a RX or any car, for that matter?? looks like the owner of that car is coming off of a crack binge..

Its a trend that started with VWs mostly, it started with just rusting the hood like so:

Into rusting the whole car and going for the "rat rod" look.

I won't lie I have seen some cars that can "pull it off" but not many can. Your right on 99.9% of car it is the dumbest thing I have seen

That would be the one I was referring to with the vice grip.

How long can the body panels last with this rust before there isnt anything left. I would think only a couple years.
