While fixing up my 98 integra ls that some f*8kers stole and stripped. I mounted and plugged in all the bulbs and lights. All lights are good. Except that the turn signals wont blink. They are just constant on. The cluster shows no blinking either. Also there is no ticking sound. whats wrong? the lights are on so I suppose the fuse is good.
