Default when should you put new spark plugs on a new car?

My dad has a 2003 Toyota Corolla with 45,000 miles on it
it says no scheduled tune ups for 100,000 miles, so i dont plan to tune it up, but i want to at least put fresh spark plugs on it
when should i?
