some guy won a brand new m3 for 60k on ebay .........i believe can is worth or msrp at 68k . but dealer wont give him his car
everything started about last fri. and man what a story dealer is soo dumb they could of stopped this since sat morning but nooo ....now t it is a huge deal ...this stroy has a lot of details for me 2 write about in this quick post ........hopefully u guys will read and show ur support to this man.dooma350

That is terrible. That dealer needs to be kicked off eBay. I didn't read all 72 pages, but from what I read, that dealership is full of a bunch of crooks (what else is new? I know - it IS a dealership)

I agree, but I kind of doubt they will. The whole eBay "contract" thing is kind of shady. I don't think anyone has actually succeeded in court basing their case on the eBay "contract."

I used to feel warm and fuzzy about Paypal until accordsangel hit here.

I still use ebay a little, but not much. I think everyone has been screwed there at some point.

I was thinking that too!
I am guess it is 1-3 thousand dollars depending if it was w/ a debit/credit card, or some sort of transfer.


I am guessing that dealership will probably close. Who honestly would buy a car from there after this event. It also probably hurts other nearby dealers.

Well you have to consider all the BMW buyers who dont spend there days on car sites like some of us lol. So I doubt the dealer will close, but they will lose some business(especially their ebay sales lol)
