will my honda make the trip?

hi, i live in LA california and i am planning to drive to Las Vegas.
my question is will my honda accord make it all the way there and back without breaking down?

91 honda accord with 168,000 miles on it

who knows man, it depends how the car has been treated during those miles and the maintenance also, cars are unpredictable.
