im new to the site and thought i would get some opinions of people who are more fimiliar with these cars. im looking at a 1995 2 door accord. it has just over 82k on body and has an h22 swap. im not too sure what all has been done but i know for sure it has skunk2 cam gears cause no timing belt cover, cheaper header and catback, looked like underdrive pulleys and basic cai. also noticed it hit vtech at 4500 intead of what i believe is usually supposed to be 5000 to 5500rpm so im thinking its had some tuning done. it has 45k on the motor. i drove the car and it is vary smooth shifts are firm and it picks up speed nicely and seller is asking $4500 the only bad with the car seems to be body no rust but someone put on a body kit and its really torn up i would prefer to go back to stock bumpers and be more of a sleeper. thought i would ask what you guys think and see if you knew how much bumpers ect would cost and if there might be any problems to look out for thanks.
seems like an ok deal, thats real low mileage for a car of that year to have. I would check the car fax for accidents and make sure the mileage is legit.
To go to Honda and get new bumpers and side skirts you are looking at over $500 brand new. And then you have to get them painted. You could try and find some used, or get some aftermarket ones, but those don't always fit quite right.
