Default Your opinion on the new CIVIC SI MUGEN

I was looking in a modified mag and saw an ad for the limited new civic si mugen. I took a look at it on the internet and they want 30 grand for that car. i think they are out of their minds to charge that much for that car. So my question is to you guys even though this is a accord site, what you guys think of the car by looks, price and performance and if it is worth it to even think about buying that car (which im not). ill rather spend all that money on....my car a honda accord or the batmobile lol.I dont know how mugen gets business cause they charge an arm and a leg for everything!

I think that's over priced for a civic.

It's a ridiculously overpriced, riced out, theif magnet, ridiculously ugly civic. Those Mugen guys obviously are a few bricks shy of a load.

For the price of that car i would rather buy a r33 skyline. my dream car of course. the only thing i like on that car is the rims. And is it necessary for that car to have a 6 speed. does it have that much power for it to be like that. i think i read it only has 200 hp. What a rip off!

Totally absurd. I'm sure it handles like a slot car but not one more horsepower for $30K? Horse hockey.

Introducing the Civic Si Mugen.[/align]Adding an aggressive dimension of performance to the Civic Si Sedan, the inspired Mugen Civic Si Sedan brings "Formula Sport" concept to sports car enthusiast's reality.

Co-developed by Honda and Mugen, the Civic Mugen Si Sedan sports a Twin-Ring Motegi track-tuned suspension, aerodynamic body styling and a performance exhaust system.

The suspension lowers the vehicle by 15 mm with highly aggressive spring and damper tuning for enhanced handling performance. The lightweight, Mugen –forged aluminum wheels measure 18 x 7.5 inches and include high-performance 215/40R18 rubber.

Honda plans to produce a limited release of 1,000 Civic Si Mugen models. Reserve yours today: $29,500*. Honda lovers, rev your engines and get highway ready, because Honda has set the Mugen free.
