Can it be adjusted for quite. (quiet)

 

These mufflers can not be made to be quiet, they're not made to be quiet . But if you buy one and adjust it to where you like the sound at it's quietest..that would be your answer..

Here's another muffler at the same price as the one above...but a deeper sound and it's not adjustable. PT-1014.. Deep sound on these
