I got a 2004 accord coupe trunk with a spoiler that I want to trade for a trunk without the spoiler or with a lip spoiler. I just bought the car on 4/22/08. Car is in great conditions. Paint is excellent and original. I just dont like the spoiler look and I wanna trade rather than taking it to a body shop and have the spoiler removed, holes filled, and have the trunk repainted. I am trying to get this done ASAP. Get at me.

Fraud? Wow. And your a senior member? U must be a senior for real. Over 60 that is. Why the hell would I wanna commit "fraud" on here. I do not like this spoiler and would rather trade trunks with someone who has the same vehicle and color i have then risk a shotty paint/weld/fill job. You dont know s**t about me. So ask some questions before u pass judgement. And for anyone else that thinks im trying to pull some B.S., pm me and I can give you the VIN number. Did not mean to disrespect any senior citizens. I hope to be there one day myself. Just a little surprised that a senior member of this forum would make such an unfounded statement. JK, just for my own curiosity, why did you think this is a fraud? The OP didn't even say anything about shipment or money or anything, just that he'd like to make a trade. Deals like this, done in person, leave no potential for fraud and this option was not excluded. I'm about as skeptical as it gets and I don't see a problem here.

To the OP, as mentioned, RTF and WBAng are both, dare I say .... of the blue wash brigade. They are also 2 of the nicest most helpful guys on here. I am 28, but I tend to pay a lot more attention to what the veterans have to say because all of the mistakes we make and hard lessons that we have to learn, there is a good chance that they've been there already. Professionally, I am about 10 years ahead of where I should be by my age and that is not from learning from peers, it's from learning from true experience. That said, I also do not ignore people of my own age, younger or slightly older. Everyone has their own interests and specialties. For instance, KlrSpz and 00Accordlx5spd are both younger than me, but I know that Spaz is a computer genious ..... guess who helped me rebuild mine? 00Accord is one of the best researchers that I've seen. He is into a lot of things including weightlifting and supplementation ..... so I've asked him to review what I'm doing for myself. RTexasF is a detailing guru. WBAng is the man for wheels. KevinAccord pieced together his own turbo system. We have an excellent community here with specialists across the board. Members here are from all backgrounds, countries and age groups. Please do not talk badly of any of these groups.
