do yall think that if i put these 15" rims and factory tires (195/65/15) on a '99 accord with 18" rims and tires (205/30/18), what effect would yall THINK it would have? i am thinking about buying them, but i dont know if i need to raise the car as well.

also j_man_honda: do u have any tires to go with the rims? just wondering.
