2001 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 77K Black/Black Philadephia
Mint inside and out, runs great. Clean title.
Asking 9900.
Well below KBB value. I Don't need the car anymore due to a new job and I have a 300zx that I use when I need to run errands.
All factory options including auto climate controls, 6 disc changer, ABS/TCS, moonroof. A/C blows really cold, think like -5 at the vent. I tested it with a IR temp gun. The light in the auto temp LCD is out, which never bothered me enough to fix.
The CEL comes on occasionally when you decelerate at speed and I ran the codes, which indicate the EGR valve needs cleaned. This in no way affects the car's driveability or reliability and is covered under warranty until 80K in a TSB from Honda, as it is a common issue with these cars. The EGR could be removed as it is only an emissions device.I haven't taken it to the dealer b/c they want 80$ to run a code, which is ridiculous.
Transmission never slips, shifts are crisp. The transmission is under warranty until 109K and it has a level 10 TPS kit as well as red line high temp fluids, effectively eliminating the OEM Honda transmission problems. I shortened the CAI (in the pic) eliminating a 90 bend and it sounds more aggressive now.
This car is in very nice condition and has been garaged most of it's life with no rust. It gets complements randomly. I have waxed it several times this summer and only used synthetic Mobil 1 5w20 every 3000. The paint shines really nice and the windows are tinted with no bubbling. There are a few paint chips on the rear bumper cover and it has a small ding on the left front fender and one on the rear trunk lid, both are difficult to see. The leather in the car is mint looking, especially the rear seats, which have only been sat in a handful of times.
The trunk has a ton of room if you haul anything around.
The stock suspension has about 20K miles of use.The tires have about 14K miles on them.
The accords use shocks/actual suspension instead of heavy struts and this setup handles way better and is more durable. The stock ride is not soft and the car will stick to turns suprisingly well. I have tested the TCS and ABS in abandoned parking lots and both work properly.
The car looked very nice when lowered without the gaps, but the ride was kind of rough.
I no longer have the stock wheels, rear bumper cover, headlights or front seats.
Has several modications: 17x8 ALT Racing rims, Nitto Neo Gen 235/45/17 (Very sticky), Angel eyes projector headlights, carbon fiber taillights ( I have stock) Civic Type R spoiler, Black widow body kit, Brand New tenzo R Ralley seats, Brushed aluminum dash trim, window tint, Stainless Megan racing headers, Flowmaster exhaust. Level 10 PTS kit, Redline High Temp ATF fluid. Radio is stock but with upgraded Infinity Speakers. The gauges are indiglo backlit.
Ive made every effort to describe the car's condition accurately.
All reasonable offers considered. No low ballers.
You will not be disappointed with this car!
