um i wouldnt want 2 ship dont know how that works cause i never shiped anything i guess ill check on that if u want. you would have to cover the shipping cost. dont know what insection your talking about but it has low treadmaybe 3/32 on 2 tires and like 5/32 on the other. in other words 2 are pretty bad and 2 are on their way.

If you take one to a UPS or FedEx store they could give you an estimate.
