Since the Sprint bar looks like it has the same design as the Neuspeed bar I'll tell you what I did to install mine:

I had to take off all four bolts (one on each side for the upper control arms and one each side for the struts). Then the bar more or less dropped in. It was tight and it needed a little help but it went on without any tools (other than the sockets for the bolts of course).

I hope that helps; if the Sprint bar is anything like Neuspeed's you will enjoy it!
