Alright, I've been on this site several times but figured I'd actually sign up and try to see if I could help anyone out with any parts and try to clear up some space.

I've got 2 F23's that both broke rods. One block has a hole through it and the other has a hairline crack in it by the oil pan. Since they both blew bottom ends, there is no telling whether or not the valves took a hit so I have no idea whether or not either of the heads are good. I do however have many good parts left off of both motors:

Dizzy
intake mani/exhaust mani
fuel rails
injectors
engine wiring harness
vtec solenoid
valve cover
heat shield
throttle body
most of the engine sensors
etc.

I am located in Kansas City, Missouri, 64014 and can ship anywhere in the U.S. as long as you're willing to pay for shipping.
