EDIT: he said pickup/drop off only. meaning it really cant be a scam, because you give him stuff in person. unless, of course, he kicks you in the stones, grabs your $$, and runs like hell.
unlikely, but possible. Although I do agree that rules should be enforced fairly strictly on private trading forums, because of the high availability of scams in private trade forums.
