99 Accord EX Engine

My buddy needs a new engine for his 99 EX 4cyl vtec. I am located in upstate NY and am looking for something close.

Try car-part.com and the engine code is F23A1 for reference.

Doubtful, it's an EX, I'm not sure if they offered the EX as ULEV
