hello all,
I'm new to this site but my fiance swears by it so I'll give it a try.
I have a beautiful clean 2000 accord ex that I got a steal on. I traded my gas hog 93 400E benz for it, title for title and nothing is wrong with my accord. The benz I can't say that for. But anyways I prefer manual transmittion cars and mine is an automatic. My fiance just performed a tranny swap on his own accord from an auto to a manual and I am looking for the parts to do the same with mine and get working on making it show worthy. If anyone runs across maybe a wrecked 5-speed or one with a blown engine, I'll prolly need the whole car with as many parts as we have to swap but please let me know. I don't want to spend too much or I might as well sell mine and buy a stick. But I've grown attached and it will be a huge accomplishment for a girl to say that she did a tranny swap pretty much on her own. Thanks for reading, and keep me updated.

ms_romeo86, you and I are in the same shoes. I also have a 00 Accord EX V6, and mine is also an auto. If you do do any tyranny swaps, let me know, because I was thinking of getting mine switched; But that's a maybe. But if not, don't worry, its not the only car Ill have

Thanks guys... yes I am definatly going to do the tranny swap b/c I don't want an auto and I don't wanna give up my car hehe and I will keep everyone updated on the progress as soon as I find parts.
