I am in need of a stock cam shaft for an 01 Accord witht he F23A1 w/ Vtech motor.

The only way you would be able to find a stock A1 cam is a junk/salvage yard. F23 performance cams are limited, so stock are pretty rare. I think you're going to have to buy a complete head just for that cam, too.

Did he shear the cam gear off or what? How can you only need just the cam?
