LF Accord in NY

Hello, i'm new to the accord forums, and i'm looking for an accord for around 3000, must be manual, thats the only requirement i have. So throw your offers at me! I'm located in Rochester New York

Oh, and 98+ accords only. Anything older is just plain hideous
