No sir, those are the wheels only..tires are cheaper locally where you live..the shipping on freight is always quite high because of the bulky size..but not because of the weight...

Ok, I guess I'm gonna pass since people selling theirs 08/09 wheels with tires sell them for about $500-$600 in almost new condition. I think it will be better if I buy 08-09 wheels then if these ones are so expensive and these are hard to find locally but not the newer ones.
