old guy ..si owner, want to buy an accord v6 cpe--NO cvt transmission, and no vcm ...I think what is left is no vcm and no cvt tranny is 5 sp auto and reg v6 without cylinder managment.I think it comes in ex-l and one other model touring? maybe?--------want a 2017 fresh car---BUT I am concerned and cannot seem to find online what is the deal with oil consumption? Rings? and other major engine related problems-- a honda service advisor or a speed shop guy would know.....I do not want one with engine suspicions--Thanks all-

Your only option for a 2017 V6 Accord Coupe which does not have VCM are the 6-Speed Manual transmission versions; all V6 automatic models have a 6-Speed slush box with VCM. The I4 models have either a CVT or a 6-Speed Manual.
