Sadly, nothing was resolved. After several emails andphone calls without response I filed a paypal dispute. Apparently he isnt very rich because paypal, after reviewing the case, only could get $12.80 out of him.

Lucky me. =(

So, I am still in the market for some springs.. Just $30 poorer and a little distrusting..
