I don't think I want to spend the extra $$ for an 07, unless you are willing to do an even trade. I would need an automatic as well. Ah, the sacrifices of parenthood.

based on your asking price, it wouldnt even be close. good luck with your search! there are a lot of vehicles out there in your range. you should be able to find something pretty easily.

might i suggest using market value for valuations? recent ebay sales, private party postings on autotrader, etc. kbb means absolutely nothing, even more so in a market like this.

I am looking to trade my accord + cash for a late model M3. Kbb over-values the M3 by about 25% right now, and my accord by only about 15%. I think you'll find more interested parties if you work with real numbers, especially since you are changing the genre of car.
