Is it a good idea to buy a 2010 Honda Accord lxp with 220k miles 95 percent of the miles highway miles ?
My neighbor bought it off lease with 30k miles as a pre owned certified vehicle.
Carfax shows a great service records regarding maintenance, they didn’t skip an oil change , always serviced at a Honda dealer.
Recently p0420 popped, they decided not gonna fix and time for a new one .
Rides so nice with no problems what so ever beside the check engine light.

I guess it depends on the price. I just got a 2012 Accord. For me, I had to get some keys / fobs made (and I am not sure about the spare tire). Is there a separate code for "oxygen sensor problem" versus "catalytic converter efficiency below threshold"? How much would each cost to fix? Do you want to try a new oxygen sensor first? Is there any bug damage to the hood?

I'm probably biased, as I just got my Accord. I like the image, it looks like a great car. Can you find a "better" Accord, however you define better?
