Yeah, I bet you have some good ones mbo. For me, just a sentra and a couple civics but, I don't really race either.

 

As soon as my chipped ECU goes in (just need a chip burner and a wideband o2 sensor), i'll put in the DSM 450cc injectors and take some friends and their cars to the local drag strip. I'll have to get that night on tape!

 

I've eaten a newer v6 5-speed ranger. He got like have a length leed off the jump, but then vtec kicked in and i walked past him, wasn't even red lining it, or speed shifting after I got into second. Proud of that one. Got me alot of respect around school because he was known for taking all the little imports. I dont race anymore though.

 

hehe up here at tech we race every weekend almost cept the cops come sometimes and just tell us to go home...

lol legionofone, I wish the cops up here were that cool. Just today I was waiting at an intersection, and a cop pulled into the left turn lane on the street to my left. The traffic was going by him in both directions, and he felt he didn't need to wait for the lights to cycle around for him so he flipped on his lights and cut across traffic. As soon as he completed the turn he turned the lights back off. I hope he wasn't responding to a call because he was in no hurry after that.

 

lol man the cops in texas are asses like that to... in kansas i talked to a state trooper about his new charger... and he was like yeh its pretty sick... 455ish HP or so...

 

I live in nc and I have seen the police go through lights many times just to get around traffic. Also around here we have "good ole' boy" volunteer fire dept guys who I have seen do this also. It's actually funny they are in their beat up truck with their light on the dash and they beap their horn. Then once they're past everyone they turn their lights off.
