[&:]Getting some humming sound from the drivers side of my 1995 Honda Accord Lx and it increasingly gets louder w/ acceleration. I am assuming its the wheel bearing(s) because the tires are new and the brakes were just done--but I'm obviously open to suggestions.

While driving down a straight road, kind of swerve back and forth and see if it gets louder/quieter as you swerve left or right. Could be a bad tire or like you said wheel bearing
