I just bought a set Konis on ebay for 200 and some change. Either Tokico or Koni are a good brand as far coils I used the Megan racing lowering springs.

Megan makes some decent coilovers for the money ppl compare them to the skunk 2 coilovers...like $120 shipped to your door. Just get a good set of struts and you will be good. If you do lowering springs you can't do anything about the height of your car after the springs settle in. With coilovers you can drop the car more if you want. Do some research be4 just buying something. Everyone is different on how they want their car to ride. There is a ton of info all over about accords suspension.
My cb7 is riding on megan coilovers I just don’t like the bounce b/c I have shocks that aren’t suposta to be lowered as far as I am.

Not to try and take you away from this forum...cb7tuner.com is a really good source of info for cb7s.

I don't think i will be lowering it any time soon. I would like to stiffen it a bit.

What are you trying to replace? Your post aren’t clear on what you want to do. Struts?? Springs?? Both?

If your happy with you ride height then just get new struts maybe look into adjustable struts if oem is too bouncy for you.

I need to replace the oem suspension its all blown out and i need of decent coil overs. With living in the mountains i don't want it to low. I all ready scrap some of the driveways around here. and with the stiffening part i think i need a new sway bar. I have to admit that i am afraid to look at what is going on under this car.

If you don't want any type of drop you don't need coilovers. Coilovers allow you to adjust your ride height at anytime you want. Just get a good set of struts. Your springs are prob. still good. You just have to look and see if your springs are saggy when you change out your struts if so then just get yourself some OEM or OEM quality springs and you will be good to go.

Bam there you go under $200 for 4 struts.

Tokico Blue Shocks for under $300 <--- little bit of a stiffer strut

you can replace it if you want. But why are you wanting to do that? Too much body roll? Are you trying to take corners at 50-60mph??
