94 accord rack and pinion
i shot this pic this morning cause i realized that when i turn right i hear a clicking noise, first i thought it was my axle but its not. I know that its the rack and pinion. As you can see in the picture the boot is tore, I was wondering if i could just buy a seal kit and a new boot to fix this? so that i don't have to buy a whole new rack and pinion? Would the kit stop the clicking noise? Cause i'm on a budget because i still need to replace my ac compressor and center pipe
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The noise may be the CV axle rather than the steering tie-rod linkage. If you hear the noise w/o the car moving then tie-rod linkage is suspect.
See following for CV Axle replacement.

The boot replacement requires disconnecting the tierod linkage. Check both outer and inner tie rod ball joints for looseness. See following link.
Download the 94-97 Accord Manual from Online Manuals link in DIY section for guidance on tie rod removal/boot installation.
good luck

That's what i thought too but the cv joints boot is not torn. I've also read on other forums that the rack and pinion makes a loud clicking noise when turning thats how i suspected its the rack and pinion, especially with that torn with all the grease out. Would it be fix if i just replace the boot? I might as well replace my axle but i wanna make sure first so i wanna fix the rack and pinion and see if that will fix it since the tore is so big it needs to be fixed or replaced anyway.
Now just can't decide to buy a new rack and pinion or just the boot and seal replacement, since its gonna take a lot of work and I only have one car can't afford having it sitting dismantled.

Suggest to replace w/ rebuiilt or used part.
Worse that could happen would be a failed tie-rod and loss of steering. That would be a real bummer. Better get in there and find out what's damaged/broken.
good luck
