Best lowering springs other than ground control
Can you please voice your opinon on why you prefer your choice, please choose no more than two.
I know there a some hardcore ground control fans, can you specify why the are so special (please no general reason like: quality or they are the best, etc.) thanx

RE: Best lowering springs other than ground control
Depends on if you want progressive or linear springs, how stiff you want the springrates, amount of drop, adjustable.
Brand doesn't matter as much, but look for quality issues. ie-The Hotchkis springs for my tC have a rusting issue .... I've heard that Progress has the same issue (model specific). Those were my top choices for fixed springs for my car ..... I'll be installing GC's so I can tweak the stance later on.

Linear spring rates do not change as the spring compresses. Coilovers are typically linear since the height is not fixed. If you slam a car on an adjustable coilover suspension and it has progressive spring rates, the first inch or so of travel is much softer and can cause the car to bottom out very easily.
Fixed springs can be either design. Linear is more predictable where with progressive, you can have a very tight spring that is soft for the first inch or so of deflection so that the ride is more comfortable for DD use.

Same as factory ..... no. Better handling .... I held 0.9g-s in the accord, so I'd say yes.
On #4 damper setting, it was soft, but the springs were still much stiffer than stock, but it was very comfortable. On #10, the car felt like it was on rails ..... and a lot harder than stock.
