Best Rear suspension for 96 Accord coupe???

Default Best Rear suspension for 96 Accord coupe???

hey guys i hav a 96 f22 2.2 vtec accord coupe with megan control arms and stock struts n shocks...anyone hav an idea of a good suspension setup for the rear of an accord?...should i go performance shocks and struts and get coil over springs to drop it...or go for the full coilovers with strut and shocks?...open to any opinoin

first off, welcome to the forums! when you get a chance head over to the intro section and say hi.

now my question before i give you any advice. what are you looking for when you drop your car? performance? looks? etc. also what exactly is modified? which megan arms do you have? is anything else modified? thanks.

generally you want springs and shocks. its a good place to start. let me know and ill give you some feedback. in the meantime there is a sticky in one the forums here all about suspension upgrades. check that out as well.

if you have the money go FULL coilovers. run you close to a $800 to a grand for the whole set up. But then you will have the best of the best. Tein and Function & Form are 2 really good brands to check out. I'm personally looking at the Function & Form type 2 full coilovers for my cb7.
