Default Horrible Squeak When Turning The Wheel/Over Bumps

Hello All!
I'm new to this forum today.
I have a 1995 Accord EX Wagon that has been squeaking in the steering for some time now and it's driving me nuts!
It seems to have started after my Father-In-Law replaced the front passenger side strut but not the drivers side. It happens over bumps, when ever I turn the wheel and even getting in and out of the car!
It's very loud and irritating.
I'm not sure if this can be fixed by replacing the other strut of if I am looking at another issue.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks!

Can you make the sound by bouncing the car up & down when it's parked? Try that with the steering pointed in different directions (if that makes any difference). If so, have someone do that as you lay down & try to pinpoint the location of the sound.

in my 96, the Sway Bar Bushings were bad, easily replaceable and very cheap.
