Default lowering my 91 accord

ive got a 91 accord lx with some adr 17's and it just doesnt look right sitting at stock height. i was wondering what all would be recomended for lowering. i understand all about rebound and such but is it really necessary to swap the struts if i only lower it about an inch and a half? i just want some decreased space between my tire and fender for looks not performance. yea im that kinda guy

Unless you drop it less than an inch you should replace the struts. Also to get a that good look you want you'll want to lower the front by about 2.25 and the rear by 2.

b4 i got coilovers, my 95 was on eibach sportlines w/ stock struts and itrode fine and handled relatively well and i think the drop was like 2.5 or so front and like 2.25 rear, or something like that. it was cool for the time being
