i'm looking for better handling and more aggressive stance,any opinions on these matrix coilovers?

Most likely junk. The cheapest set of coil-sleeves I would ever buy would be Ground Control or Skunk2. Not only will it probably handle worse, and be bouncy as all hell, it's going to be unsafe because the the handling will be unpredictable.

Between $150 and $250...

Anything cheaper than that, I'd start to worry about the quality. Suspension is not something to cheap out on.

I'm not going to spoon feed you, I don't even know what you're driving...

Google "Suspension FAQ 2.0" and go from there, it has all the different brands of springs and coilovers and what not.
