Need help with supension on a 98 v6?
About 5 months ago i bought a set of Vogtland Springs with KYB GR-2 Shocks but my car is lower on the front and it hits everywhere like on speed bumps, small dips, and even getting into my driveway. And the springs are supposed to be stiffer but these springs are alot weaker and bouncier. To make it worse when im driving i can feel every small crack on the streets it just doesnt feel good when im driving. When i hit a pothole it feels like the shocks dont work i can feel a hard knock on both front struts you can even hear the hitting noise in the inside.

It's because the KYB GR-2 are OEM replacement struts and you need a strut with more dampening, like the KYB AGX, Tokico Illumina, Koni Sport, or Bilstein HD. The Vogtland springs are probably stiffer than you think, bouncing is not a sign of weak springs, its a sign of worn/blown/innadequate dampers. If your car was sitting on the ground, then we would point the finger at the springs.
