Default parts store cant find damper fork.

my strut broke on my 91 the other day and i saw that it should have been an easy job. got to the damper fork pinch bolt and the thing is rusted solid. tried reverse drilling it out with tons of liquid wrench and that didn't work. went to o'reilly's and they can't find a damper fork to order. they can't even find the part in their computer.. it's basically nonexistent. same thing with napa.
can't find it online other than instructions to change the strut. so far unable to talk to dealership parts dept. to get part number.

does anyone know the part number for the damper fork or if it's called something else?
also i drilled the whole thing through with a 3/8ths drill bit. could i just put a bolt through that with some lock washers and call it good or is that unsafe?
thanks

Bone yard picking time

Could try the dealer but I'd bet the cost would be high.
