Default Rear strut bars for 6th gens?

Nobody makes RSTB's for 88-96 GP's, except me.

I also made a front STB for my 91 hatch....

Well, i'm looking at getting a 98-02 accord and I LOVE a car that can handle....so my first mod will be F/R stb's.....I've looked online for rear STB's for 6th gens and have not found one.

I'll prolly make my own anyways as a work at a fab shop. But are there any available?

CT-Engineering, formerly known as Comptech makes a $149 rear sway. Normally, we use the Acura CL sways as they are thicker.

He's talking about a rear upper strut bar. They don't make it because the upper mounts are in the shoulders of the rear seat. There's nowhere for it to go unless you don't want the back seat. Also, it's not necessary. My 2000 AV6 sedan could hold 0.9g's lateral.

Sure! I got mine for $25 shipped on ebay. it flattens the lip of the metal where it mounts when you put it on though. Either way, it's a lot stronger than a stamped piece of chasis.

I Made A Lower Tie Bar For My Hatch, But Didn't Notice Much Diff. It Is Made From 1" Square Tubing With A .125 Wall. Pretty Strong

Without upgraded swaybars, strut bars and tie bars won't really show much handling improvement. The sways are the best bang for your buck when it comes to suspension and you can't make them yourself. My Ingals 4 point rear brace is made from the same stuff that you are talking about. Also, rear sways are by far the biggest deficiency on hatchbacks. A strong rear sway will lessen understeer.

Dude!!!! The DX hatch is one of my favorite Hondas!!!! It comes without goodies so you can pick and choose what you want in there!!! Those things can handle sick!!!! Also, a B16 or B18 motor is cheap as he!! to build and drop in to make the thing a friggen rocketship!
