Default Squeak that wont go away

I have a 97 SE Accord it runs great 108,000 miles no loose steering , no noise while turning , and no noise if yo bounce it up and down. Just a bunch of chirping when you hit the littlest bumps. I had the mechanic at Big O tires look at it and they saw my struts were leaking we replaced them got in the car and it was quiet for a little while then started squeaking , took it back to them and the mechanic checked all the ball joints and tie rod ends he said whole front in was good except for some wear on the stabilizer bar bushings. I will replace those tomorrow, Could a loose body panel cause this ? Sorry I was so long winded .Any help will be greatly appreciated

P.S. the noise goes mostly away in the summer

I appreciated the previous post and tried a lot of methods but it tuned out that the hood latch rubber bumpers so that the hood stays tight were missing or wore out i cut some temporary and put down the hood and things were quiet .
I spent a lot of time greasing cleaning and replacing and the fix was easy and cheap. I hope this might help someone with same squeaks

OK, I've got to remember that one. I usually suggest the anti-roll bar bushings because lots of people forget to check that when they have noises.
